We are announcing today that Match Trade Technologies has notified us that they will not respect their contractual obligations to continue providing the trading platform for SurgeTrader, LLC. There is no legal basis for Match-Trader’s unilateral decision to terminate our license; we are current on all fees owed to Match-Trader (in fact, we prepay for services per our contract) and we are not in violation or breach of any contractual obligations or restrictions. Given that we are in full compliance, there must be another reason for Match-Trader’s unilateral decision. We therefore believe that a well-known third party, which has deep relationships with Match-Trader, and which has a massive footprint within the industry, has influenced Match-Trader to make this decision.
We have fully cooperated with their legal team, directors, and owners and went to great lengths to remedy any concerns therein with our legal teams and address all unwarranted and unfounded accusations against the Company and its founder. Rest assured, we have been exploring legal avenues to remedy this unjust termination of our contract with Match-Trader.
However, with this termination, we have suspended the sale of new auditions until such time as the dispute with Match-Trader is resolved or until we are able to secure an alternative trading platform to migrate existing accounts to.
We selected Match-Trader for our recent migration as a respected trading platform in the industry and fully expected them to be honorable to SurgeTrader, putting the best interest of our traders in the forefront. We apologize for the significant and unnecessary disruption brought on by them to the world-wide trading community.
SurgeTrader is currently migrating all traders to A NEW platform. This page will be restored when our migration is complete.
SurgeTrader plans to host our next contest in the month of May.
